A Non-Isolated High Voltage Gain DC–DC Converter Suitable for Sustainable Energy Systems

چکیده

A non-isolated high gain DC–DC converter with magnetic coupling and a VM circuit is proposed in this study. By the use of appropriate coupled inductor turn ratio, output voltage recommended topology can be raised. The used to boost even further as well clamp spike across switch, which results lower on switch. As result, MOSFET switch ON-state resistance (RDS-ON) which, turn, causes conduction losses reduced entire system efficiency Another advantage structure ZCS diodes, reduces drop caused by regenerative diodes. function modes analysis theoretical equations are accomplished. comparison survey other prior works being developed investigate competency converter. Based this, higher stress semiconductors achieved compared converters. effectiveness confirmed experimental at laboratory-scale operating under 150 V 96% W full load 25 kHz switching frequency.
